So very good to see you posting again!

I just summarized two stories from the American-Statesman regarding DELL insider trading. I found it very interesting that ALL of the selling done by the insiders was done on Feb. 23/24.

Is that because that is the vesting date of the options? Or is it some function of the quarterly report -- x days after report is publicized?

In either case, it should be possible to calculate when it is going to recur, and take advantage of the dip. Or....?
