Yeah... looks like Mr. Smith wants out.... guess he found the market too illiquid <g>. His option was for $3.00 but the doc says $3.00 and 50% of whatever price beyond that should the company be bought out at a higher price. Saratoga made an offer at $3.25, then FRSH said $3.75 at the minimum, from what I read at first glance. The URL in your message resulted in a mostly blank page for me. This one gets to the doc (but have to copy and paste it since it is too long for SI's dynamic URL thingee): freeedgar.com I see Saratoga (TOGA) is much smaller than FRSH, not making money on the 12 month basis, wonder where they will come up with the cash?
