ALL SHAREHOLDERS. do we get a chance to vote to get rid of the people responsible for the inventroy problem. i am sure that some of them are on the BOD. Is anyone from U.S. Robotics on the BOD who was accountable for shipping all those dam extra modems in the channels?. - first an aquistion when 3coms price was beaten down with a price war with intc - next we acquire usrobotics. - then we screw up with the inventroy problem - then we change some goddam accounting rule.... what next?.
