There is a tremendous suspicion in North America over any non-North American government, be it South American, Central American, African, Asian, or even European. I can't change that opinion. It could be that we shouldn't do business with any South American, Central American, African, Asian, or European country. That is an option.
It's not the option we chose. We may get burned sometimes, but I believe that there are honest and fair people in the Mongolian system, and that they have a deep desire to do what's right. Ask any of the N.A. companies that were at the World Bank Sponsored symposiums in Ulaanbaatar, London, or Washington. Have some faith (or cynicism) that North America has no monopoly on honesty and integrity....read the paper.
