I don't understand why Fresh is selling the company so cheap. This year should be there best year and they are selling below $4 a share which it routinely reaches on worse earnings. And why have insiders been selling for over a year? The latest 144 was 3/27 for 3.38. The same day they were submitting the return offer to sell at 3.75. Something doesn't make sense. What is needed here is another company to come in and start a bidding war.
