Hubert,

Just to let you know, there is no longer a clinical label called multiple personality disorder, it's Dissociative Disorder. And by the way, if the Zoloft doesn't work, may the Captain suggest, Paxil or Prozac. Zoloft, Paxil, and Prozac are all second generation anti-depressants, but can be effective with some with Bi-polar and Obssessive-Compulsive disorders (which the Captain suspects you have one of these). Or maybe you just have a transistional emotional disorder characterized by swings between hypo-manic and mildly melancholic states. These medications may help this also. If these don't work, you might want to try Wellbutrin, Serzone, or Remeron. These are in class different than the above mentioned SSRIs (selective serotonin-reuptake inhibitors), but also directly effect specific neurotransmitters in the brain. Be aware though that the side effects of these medications may include; delayed ejaculation, insomnia, nausea, weight gain, dry mouth, constipation or diarrhea, and possible paranoia or delusion with Wellbutrin (it is suggested you chose this medication as a last choice). Hopefully this helps.

Yours truly,
Captain Nutcracker
