Hi jeffrey,,,,IMO,,,,revenue decline due to increased R & D....is quite tolerable in the short run,,,

Revenue decline due to stupidity, waste, or dysfunctional fundamentals is not acceptable,,,

BTW,,,,what do you think it would cost to take a high-end laser from a concept in the mind to prototype (ready to mass produce)in 7 months....?
