Lydia, Commendable DD. It's refreshing to see a post with some content on these boards once in a while. Forgive any preceived impertinence in my earlier note but I take a healthy skeptical view reading posts. I have found too many folks with hidden agendas on these public forums. Read your note several times. I sense a negative bias against Cadus. You don't provide any counter argument in favor of the accused. Hence, I expect you were already convinced, so there's no point discussing which technology the 4+ companies you cited really signed up for. No one can predict the final outcome of these suites as I've seen. You have to factor in the risk...and potential reward. Then with sensitive patent issues at stake, look at who you have for company. Some astute money managers I'd say. Perhaps SIBIA might be the better investment for you based on your friend's response. It's currently trading at few points above it's all time low. It may be a once-in-a-lifetime bargain ? Good Luck with your choice Dave
