Kirk: I think you are right that silence on the previously announced Schwarz deal is holding back the stock. Another small drug company I have been following, Pharmaceutical Resources (PRX), just announced a deal with the German company Merck KGaA. Merck made an investment in PRX, and PRX got the exclusive license to 42 drugs (albeit generic) from Merck. Since Thursday, PRX moved from 2 5/8 to over 5 1/2 in intraday trading, finally closing today at 4 3/4. I don't think the same kind of move could be expected for BNT, because expectations of the deal are built into the stock price. But it would at least help investors focus on the prospects for growth this year.
