You couldn't be more wrong if you tried. In fact, one of the articles you cited to me from a SF paper stated that teen girls often become pregnant because it gives them an identity and they know they can secure government benefits to set up house. That's reality, not myth.

Furthermore, the poor in this country would qualify as rich in 3/4 of the world. In NYC a non-working mother of two can secure $26,000 in tax-free benefits. A working mother would have to earn $40,000 to secure the same standard of living after taxes.

Over the last 40 years the liberals have had their way: sexual mores have declined as aid to the poor has soared and we see the unwed consequences all around us. If you deny that then you deny reality.

Btw, the reality of the school lunch program is that some really need a free meal but the numbers are skewed by the fact that school funding is derived in part by how many can be signed up regardless of actual need.
