This was told to me by an analyst in great detail months ago.

This weakens the story considerably.... client could have gone thru several other favored tool vendors (silver bullets) since then & returned to PTUS.

It's far easier to blame the tool vendor than to admit major deficiencies in ones own software process... like, "...now just where is my production code kept?" <evil g>

Any experienced lurkers here willing to peg MLPFS on the CMM scale?
