What's really confusing is the "avoid" rating. I am not sure I have seen that before. I don't know the firm that down graded, but I would think there'd be confirmation from others if there were any major problems. A month ago TI hosted an analysts' meeting with over 120 in attendance and there was a lot of good press following. The guy that downgraded must have an axe to grind or wants in lower. Otherwise it doesn't make sense. Pat
