I would use Win98, the Supermicro board with 9 PCI slots, and 4 high end graphic cards, Matrox Millenium II with 8MB WRAM each, or one ATI's All in Wonder and 3 ATI Rage Pro @Work, each with 8MB SGRAM. You get the best display, for the same amount of money. Of course, you 'll have to pay a bit more for the motherboard. But it's worth it, I think.

And four Iiyama monitors, either the Pro450 or the Pro500 (19" and 21").
