Maxwell,

Re: "It is all true."

There is some very interesting and what I consider "bad news" in this
announcement:

biz.yahoo.com

"Rothdeutsch said that the rumors are that AMD is looking to sell an approximately
25 percent stake in the company to obtain some much-needed cash. AMD's cash
has been drained by its moves to add more manufacturing capacity to address
its yield woes."

"In general, they are in a cash crunch,'' Rothdeutsch said. ''They have
a debt service due in May...and a cash infusion would allow it to meet that debt."

So Maxwell, AMD will "give away" 25% of the company to raise some quick
cash to pay interest on their debts. So does that mean that everyone's
stock just was depreciated by about 25% ... Doesn't sound so good to me.
Unless you are just looking for "short term" trading. Does this really
sound like a "healthy" company to you, Maxwell ??

Make It So,
Yousef
