Does anyone recall the amount of increased OPEC production as a result of the quota increase last Fall? Isn't it likely that OPEC production cuts could at least negate the increase brought about by the Fall quota adjustment, if prices retest recent lows? I agree with those who believe that we now have greater insight regarding OPEC's pain threshold.
