Ice Cube is exactly correct. The bid/ask was crossed (meaning the bid price was higher than the ask price) for a short time when Herzog (HRZG) suddenly jumped the bid price to .587 while the ask price was .560. When this happens, the bid/ask prices disappear unless you have a Level II screen to see the actual positions of the market makers. Either Herzog was trying to force the ask price to .590 or he just had his head up his butt for a moment which is what I expect happened.
