According to the new SEC rules, unless it was an odd lot, your Limit order at 19 should have been filled prior to any orders below that price. Did you ask your broker why your order wasn't filled yesterday, or if that is actually the case? My online broker issued a warning that notification of NASDAQ fills was delayed yesterday. I don't know if the problem was with my broker's web software or elsewhere. Ian.
