Bryan: I know the potential for a company that develops a workable WAN solution. I'll ignore your metaphysical note but I wanted someone to tell me that a LAN is useless (if indeed it is, I disagree that it (LAN) is if it is a marked improvement over what currently exists). Also, I wanted to hear about the other advances (DNA analysis and holographic storage) that I was led to believe were being advanced by SEXI. Was I simply misled (they have a knack for that, don't they) or what? I don't hear much at all about this other stuff now. Thank you, Bryan for the info on the WAN idea, but is it that or nothing? Could someone out there dispense with the character assasinations, inside jokes, etc. and give me some clue? Anything? Let's get back to the original intention of Linda in starting this thread, shall we? Inspector Lestrade
