Patrick-
I saw an article from IEEE (I just pulled it out of my briefcase) which quoted 24% in the lab and 15% in mass production. I think this was in IEEE's Institute newsletter (the TINet report section). These results were achieved by Pacific Solar, a joint effort between Univ. of New South Wales and Pacific Power, a power utility company. I don't see competition between PCOM and Pac Solar (more likely between Pac Solar and Golden Photon!), but I believe you're right about the mature solar cell market in Australia. Remember, though, that the new Aussie office is intended to server much of Asia as well.
