You have a good point there Lee. I suppose what bothers me is that every single press reference about VJET automatically restates details of the crash, a continuous psychological downer. There doesn't appear to be much pricing pressure either way on the stock for the moment, so the hearings announcement hasn't had much effect. The actual hearings will put the company back into media centerstage. At least the special fares end 10/31 and then it should become clearer whether they can still fill the planes at profitable fare rates.
