LXR released the data from their presentation at the Cardiology
conference in Atlanta and the results were even better than we
were led to believe...We had a heard that a 50% reduction in
heart attack damage would be achieved but the results came in
at a BETTER 54% reduction which is an 8% increase over our estimates.
The press release sets an extremely positive tone and it appears
that LXR will proceed in the process to bring potential
blockbuster compound to the marketplace.
