ALL Just got off the phone with Ed Williams at the PR. My BIGGEST concern with the latest news announcement was with this statement: "The acquisition is to be financed via a $48 million convertible debenture. The conversion price of the debentures will be $3 per share. " My concern was that they can take this share price to $3 by doing a reverse split! The convertable debenture as written will adjust the conversion price for ANY split that will happen! IE if they do a 10:1 reverse the conversion price would be $30.00 or visa versa. Let the party begin. JeffG
