Jim,

As I read the recent 10k and other CEC filings, I noticed that the company has dropped its Big Six accounting firm auditors (Deloitte & Touche, if I recall correctly) in the past few months. In exchange, they've hired a local CPA to conduct the company's audits. A short letter from the accounting firm simply stated that its relationship with CEC had terminated, but no details were included.

Do you know why this occurred? Is the company simply trying to save some bucks? Thanks for your help.
