Lehman strikes again! They downgraded ICIX. What's funny is how a downgrade of ICIX causes the whole industry to tank while a downgrade of ICGX was followed by huge upward momentum for the stock. Oh well, looks like we're on hold for awhile, maybe like when it sat in the mid-20s for a few months. Phil
