To All,
The deal with Immune Research is dead. Apparently, the securities commission will not allow this merger since Imm has already partiipated in a reverse takeover within the last 12 months. Acually beneficial in the sense that a lot of uneccessary expenses will not be incurred doing due diligence and so forth. I own IMM and not BFTI but if I did own BFTI I would take a long look at its possibilities. I think it has doubled in price leading up to the proposed merger.
