tgs, The following commentary is, by intent, a little out of sequence. I wanted to clarify a few important issues first:
I thought you might have at least acknowledged that I tried to provide some positive info regarding Sonic Bingo. You're right, tgs. It was rude of me and I humbly apologize. The problem is, you and I seem to be wearing uniforms of a different color. You're a smart person who writes thoughtfully and knowledgeably; I hope other readers recognize that as well. To be honest, I sure wish I had you in my corner of the ring. In a technical sense about the in's and out's of bingo, the migration to electronics, the legal issues and so forth -- your personal involvement is almost overwhelming. Remember, I'm just a private investor, that's all, just like virtually everyone else who may read this thread. I'm trying to protect all of us from too much negative twist on the information you choose to post. We're not in a perfect world, none of us and none of the players who compete for market share in bingo. As you may point out weaknesses regarding AGTI, I try to counterbalance by my questions regarding YOUR pony, GMTC. I have tried not to get personal or flame you, but I request that you be somewhat fair and objective. I'm not keeping a stroke count, but your negative bias far outsurpasses any positives about AGTI and omissions about GMTC.
I think it is interesting to note the unwillingness to openly discuss some of the information that I have brought to your attention. My private email has been interesting, but nobody wishes to discuss these issues on the SI thread. My above response, hopefully, addresses this concern. Because of your "inside industry" knowledge, you have far greater resources at your disposal, enabling you to put a negative spin on almost any related topic. And please acknowledge that I have not communicated with you privately, via email or otherwise. I am willing to openly discuss anything you wish, so long as the playing field is level. Negativity begets negativity. You have shared a lot of knowledge, albeit mostly negative. I have asked several yet-unanswered questions which, I think most would agree, are designed to level the field a bit.
Competition is a healthy part of the free enterprise system. On that basis, I wish you good fortune in competing for a slice of the pie. But I'm betting that the underdog will also grab a piece or two. :o)
Best Regards, Hardrocker |
