The Bell Atlantic news was already expected by the market. Perhaps the numbers were disappointing for some. Some people fear that WCOM business will be lost when they complete their merger with MCIC Fund managers have been giving CIEN the boot for the last few days to get them off the sheets before the quarter ends. Some bozo in Barron's said their margins are going to crash. The sky is falling the sky is falling! Just use this weakness to buy some if you haven't already.
