Patrese, this is not an attempt to shake out weak shares in preparation for good news. I think the situation is as stated in the press release. I wonder why IMAT changed auditors...do you think the original auditors found something that IMAT did not want to deal with, so they hired new auditors? However, the new auditors also found the problem and they now want to address the issue. What is the problem? Any one's guess. I must admit, I don't like the sound of this problem. If it were a simple problem, with a simple answer, there would be no need for the extension in filing with the SEC. What ever the problem is, I sure hope it doesn't affect earnings or other financial matters that will have a negative impact on the stock's growth...assuming that the stock will ever grow.
