I hate to sound pessimistic, but weren't they installed before the Sexi agreement with Ratcom . If memory serves, Soe only gets North American rites and little ole ADGI gets South American rites for DNAnlyzer..ck. out ADGI's SEC filings for this verification. ( also while reading same look at the bearing of soul's , timing, relationships..etc....remember what someone said.."follow the money trail".... P.s.....also look at owners of PTI in ADGI's SEC filings
