I would seriously listen to the conference call for details. i think this will be good. The network/server product sounds a lot like a rumored "new york box" product they have been working on. The meetings with Apple lately? Perhaps the Apple NC....but I agree: the $10 mil for just the modem business strikes me as low...but their inventories have been very, very low. Let's see what cash GVIL has in the end and how they are going to structure the shares of the new co. It could be on a reverse split, etc. In other words: wait for facts. Good luck all. I have a bucket load of GVIL and am as nervous as all of you. Let's see what happens. Rich
