I think the question remains that it seems (to me) that you cant have COC on a disturbed ore pile. I may be wrong, but woth COC you usually have an engineering firm dig the ore without the companies personnel being on site in order to ensure no tampering. With a disturbed ore pile, it is impossible to ensure that. I am in no way, shape, or form, suggesting that tampering took place. I am just saying that you cant guarantee against it with a disturbed ore pile. JMHO
