Nadeem, I'm no expert on chip stocks, but I'm pretty sure that Zoran produces chips for several video compression applications in addition to DVD, such as cable TV and satellite descramblers, video conferencing, etc.

However, I do know something about DVD (I used to work in the home video industry): Even if the Hollywood studios and the Japanese hardware manufacturers can end their fractious negotiations over standards and piracy issues, there's no guarantee that there will ever be a market for DVD.
