I must be missing the connection with Fujistu selling Sonet gear and xDSL systems. At the present time I'm not going to make the connection with Lucent selling the Westell "5E and SLC" solution to BEL, even though Westell has been selected with DSC for a CAP based ADSL solution. I would be buying ORCTF because of DT, Sprint, "maybe GTE", Netherlands, etc, but not BEL at this time... until later.
