securities violations were all about as posted by both you and Shq put forth responses that insulted my intelligence. WHY???. because I cannot for one minute doubt you could NOT get this information with one phon call. WHY did'nt you do so and either not respond or tell it the way it is????
For people with your capabilities there is only one conclusion you can draw from your responses. What you were trying to do is so apparant
its ridiculous. This and many other responses has lowered (in my eyes) your cedibility rating from 9 to 4(on a scale of ten).People can make erronious decisions if readily available information that can be easily obtained is replaced by what I deem to be misleading conjecture especially by folks with your talents, ete. Incidently Shaq your point about checking on the plaintiffs lawyer did not help your cause one bit because I immediately your attemot minimize the implications of the class action by implying that thay may no better than ambulance chasers who are looking for pie in the sky.
