To All - Latest Fax Alert from Bob Bishop #111 Talks about the margin situation and the fact that margin capabilities have been removed by several large brokerages. "...those who are long and on margin will have to address the issue, and this could precipitate some sales. But everyone who is short is on margin, so the net effect should be more buying into the market than will be req'd of the longs, only some of whom are affected." Recent declared short positions are 1.2M in Canada, 4.2M in the US. "I'm much more comfortable betting on the Court than on the Gov't agencies whose actions are subservient to the decisions of the Court." OK, Marcos, have your say (but in English, please)!
