ATLANTA, March 31 /PRNewswire/ -- The Network Connection, Inc. (Nasdaq: TNCX - news; TNCi), an industry leading developer and manufacturer of file server technology that delivers digital video/audio Courseware-On-Demand (COD) over the Internet and Intranet announced today a co-marketing agreement with EarthLink (Nasdaq: ELNK - news), a leading Internet Service Provider with over 450,000 members.

The agreement calls for EarthLink to provide the following to TNCi's ICOD

users:

10 days of free unlimited Internet access
Waiver of $25.00 set-up fee
Web-based registration ''button'' on the TNCi web site
$19.95 a month for unlimited Internet access
Free 6MB home page
Local telephone access

In addition, EarthLink has full T3 access to the Internet, uses the latest switching technology in its backbone router and offers
multiple paths to the Internet for redundancy. This architecture was built for the kind of high- bandwidth requirements that ICOD serves.

TNCi's newest innovation of Internet-Courseware-On-Demand will allow employees of subscriber's direct access to training programs from the Internet browser in their desktop computer. ''Combining EarthLink and ICOD will deliver the best in training performance and service to TNCi customers,'' commented Wil Riner, CEO of TNCi.

Internet-Courseware-On-Demand will offer the same wide range of training content that is now available on a Pay-Per-Use basis from TNCi. These courses cover the following from six (6) leading providers:

TNCi designs, manufactures and distributes the Cheetah(R) family of video server platforms that enable the storage and delivery of up to 700 hours of digital video/audio data to up to 300 simultaneous video/audio users over local area networks. Cheetah(R) servers are used to bring interactive, on- demand, full-motion video training, education and entertainment to the networked client computers in the corporate, home, educational and aircraft (AirView(R)), cruise ship (CruiseView(TM)), train (TrainView(R)), and hotel (InnView(TM)), travel related entertainment and transport environments.
