Hi Bill. This offer sounds very positive. For one thing it will give them exposure nationally. If you have big bucks I would naturally assume that a Telecomm company going for $1.00 a share would warrant further investigation. When they find out what Franklin has to offer in the way of new technology look for these shares to be taken up fast! In their first share offering for Franklin shares, I understand they were bought up in no time. One important question. The FNET offering first stood at $10,000,000. Now, they are only offering one-half of that. Do you suppose they have already sold the other half? Makes sense to me! FNET for sure! (my opinion only) My best to you, James
