Just looking at the recent 10-K, you see TCI and Anixiter owners of 18% each of outstanding shares. As a result of the merger, Anixter International Inc. ("Anixter International") and TCI are currently the beneficial owners of approximately 18%, each, of the outstanding ANTEC common stock. TCI's beneficial ownership includes options to acquire an additional 854,341 shares.

So, who's made the block trade? Do you know, or are you guessing?
