Josef and all, after a careful review of the web site, and successful test on 100 million lines of pretty nasty code, I came to the conclusion that FBN will be the default y2k solutions provider to the fortune 500, as well as to the largest companies in Europe, Japan, and Asia.

I am willing to risk some capital through a private placement but I am whiling to wait for the IPO if the latter is coming soon. IMO the company should take advantage of current market conditions. I would consider a float of no less than 50 million shares (with 40+ million reserved for insiders). The small float will do wonders for the stock price!). I would recommend an offering price of at least $90/share, in line with my low market cap estimate of $4.5 billion. Also, I would suggest a large print note in the prospectus announces a 3X1 split will take effect two weeks after the initial offering!. It can miss!

Put me down for 100,000 shares out of the 10 million float!
