Here is a downgrade: Diamond Offshore Drilling (DO) 45 3/8 -1 3/8: Wheat First Union lowers its 1998 estimate for offshore driller; lowers 1998 EPS from $3.00 to $2.93 a share, while keeping its 1999 EPS unchanged at $3.93 a share; firm continues to rate issue a "buy".....
