Concerning canam manac, i will say two things... First, you have to consider that last year(1997) was a wasted one because the prices dropped due to competition, and this year the situation seems to have regulated itself... Second, France was a disaster for this company and not only France it was the same situation for the whole european continent... So i had a chance to talk to some high ranking official in the company and i was told canam manac would make an extreme effort to generate profits in europe and i truly believe they will be ables to achieve it... Third, it was not only desjardins(disnat) that issued a strong suggestion to buy, a lot of the other financial institutions issued the same "advice".... I believe canam manac is going to 5,50$ in the next 6 months and maybe 6.00$ if the company establishes real profits in Europe and in south america. Another thing, this company will not be affected at all by the asian crisis, which is a real plus!!!!!!!!!!!!!
