Coug, I suggest you sign up for a 30 day free trial of the service to test it for yourself, if for no other reason than to complete your due diligence investigation. I believe that the "business version" of EL is the same as the individual version except that it is comprised of a multiple-user license and is priced at around twice the cost of an individual license. I am not sure about the Homework Helper [HH], but I believe that it has not done as well as EL. I think that Infonautics ex-CEO Weinberg is going to be focusing on HH and that he will possess substantial minority ownership of this division. Surprisingly, I have heard nothing regarding the terms of this agreement outside of brief mention in a press release last month. SC
