Go to www.edgar.com and look up the recent Schedule 14A filing by AMD. It details, among the 144 pages of data, a very interesting note about "change of control". In turn this defines a golden parachute for AMD execs if this were to occur. This will be noted at the April annual meeting of AMD. Just another clue...
