Ok - Lost my shirt - & I'm not rippling abs either..... BUT, Why would they make this arrangement?? Give up $68 Mil sales for $10 mil.....that could be a decent deal since modems are a commodity status today - BUTTTTTT Last line of the "Boca to aquire" release "agreement among the parties is subject to conditions, Blah blah blah......and the APPROVAL of Global Village stockholders..... How would they expect this deal to fly??? I may be wishing for the best - but right now I gotta say this smells fishy - we don't know it all - YET - I guess I'm gonna stick to see if it really smells like sh-t!!! Have fun you profiters & no loss folks...... Wishing I was you, BC
