.....people have lost faith in the japanese buereaucrats, the banking system, and hashimoto + LDP.

......the true bottom will only come when there has been the 4/1 sell-off + more dereg + more tax cuts + more independent MOF

.......till then u.s. and europe are the only predictable game in town

.......that being said i am still waiting for hashimoto and the LDP to wake up and surprise us with real reform. then i will do lots of buying in japan. till then it is dead money.
