Nutcracker, I would love to be able to believe your various comments regarding the "inside scoop" on this company, really I would. Can you not see that the circumstances, ie; this company *is* under investigation, would lead me to think you may be doing more harm than good here? The company has a history of leaking information that should have either been made public, or kept confidential, it appears that trend continues even in the midst of being investigated by the SEC....how are they to re-establish credibility?
If I were a potential customer or investment banker, how would I feel about doing business with a company that freely distributes information over an "underground" channel that ends up as public information?
You can add as many disclaimers as you like about certain statements "may be", and "sources tell me" etc., but that does not change the spirit of the communication.
I would not try to infringe on your right to post whatever you see fit here. I find your posts very entertaining and well written. You are clearly an intelligent and articulate person, and if I knew something about you, or the circumstances by which you arrive at various conclusions, opinions, etc., I would not be continuously bringing up this point.
BTW, thanks for the information on the various medications, you are indeed well versed, and it is factual enough to know that you either have medical training or a "personal" interest in it.
This is the last post I will write you which questions your identity, etc., you have a free reign to do whatever you wish here without any objection on my part. I am not responsible for what others believe or disbelieve.
