I had heard the rumor of Intel buying into Samsung about 3 weeks ago on Bloomberg. IMO, this makes sense for Intel, the USA, and Korea. SEA needs money very badly and the US needs capacity. Figure the rest out...

An incident does not make a pattern, and this is yet to be an incident. However, the logic is compelling and, IMO, Amat will get more orders from SEA as this becomes more of a pattern.
