It's moved up nicely from the 5 range, but I am still choosing to stay away. Balance sheet does not look good, earnings during the Christmas season were nonexistent, sales are declining, and the brand image seems to be fading. I think that the brand has come and gone to some extent, especially here in the US. In fact, I'm "guessing" that's why the family chose to go public in the first place. Anyway, two competitors that have much better outlooks are Tommy Hilfiger and Fossil.

Not to say that a short-term move up isn't possible, but I don't see the Guess? marketing people as being as creative as some of their competitors. Good luck.
