Gary, After the merger is closed, you will probably be saying that Ira got a great price on ATXI shares, which will then be our company.

When the merger goes through, what he has essentially done is bought back shares out of the float. ;-)

In my opinion it is a winning situation for all of the shareholders involved. (ATXI & FAMH)
