I use E-trade but would like the option of putting orders in decimals not fractions. NDB seems able to do this but reading the fine print it confused me by saying a charge of a cent a share for multiple orders over 5000 in the same day. I think I know what it means but their is enough gray area for me to ask for some NDB veterans help.
